Arthur C Y Lim

Dr. Arthur Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the National University of Singapore in 1998. Thereafter, he was awarded a scholarship to the 3 year orthodontic programme and obtained a Masters degree in Orthodontics. He was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and is also on the Academy of Medicine, Singapore Roll of Specialists (Orthodontics).

He is currently Visiting Consultant at Raffles Hospital and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore. He is actively involved with the coordination of the undergraduate orthodontic teaching programme and in the training of postgraduate orthodontic students.

Dr Arthur Lim has held major leadership roles in the Executive Committee of the Association of Orthodontists (Singapore), having served as Vice President and Honorary General Secretary. He is a member of the World Federation of Orthodontists and the International Association of Dental Research. He has won numerous awards for his research including the Craniofacial Biology Award at the 2002 International Association of Dental Research Division meeting in Hong Kong, 1st Prize at the National University of Singapore Faculty Research Day and Best Poster Prize at the National Dental Centre Annual Scientific Meeting. His research has been published internationally and he has also presented at numerous local and international conferences.

Dr Arthur Lim practises a wide scope of Orthodontics and is skilled in a variety of techniques including lingual orthodontics and Damon orthodontics. He is also a certified Invisalign provider. In his free time, Dr Lim likes to travel and spend time with his wife and daughter.
